Job summary

Marvin in Warroad, MN is seeking a Learning Experience Workspace Specialist to serve as concierge, workspace coordinator, and project partner across office, meeting, dining, and training environments. You will help deliver an elevated Destination Marvin experience while keeping spaces organized, meals prepared, and guest services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related experience, including experience managing projects and delivering objectives on time.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet, plus organization and detail orientation.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and assist with setup and upkeep of spaces.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression by fulfilling guest requests and coordinating conference room calendars.
• Coordinate food and beverage service and maintain HQ kitchen and dining spaces.
• Prepare meeting and learning spaces with supplies and print materials for attendees.
• Manage guest services inventory, Marvin-branded materials, mail, and inter-office deliveries.
• Implement daily office procedures and assist with safety protocols and drills.
• Lead projects to improve workforce management and concierge services.
• Build relationships with local partners to support Destination Marvin programs.
• Provide admin support for Learning Experience team and events.
