Marvin in Warroad, MN is hiring a Learning Experience Workspace Specialist to act as concierge and space coordinator across office, meeting, dining, and training environments. You’ll keep spaces, supplies, schedules, meals, and guest services organized while collaborating with colleagues, vendors, and community partners.

You’ll excel with strong organization, communication, relationship management, and project management skills, plus a proactive, people-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related experience, including project management.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression by fulfilling guest requests and coordinating conference room calendars.
• Ensure Destination Marvin spaces are organized, clean, supplied, and ready throughout the day.
• Coordinate meals and snacks, prep dining spaces, and support training areas.
• Prepare meeting spaces by arranging rooms, supplies, and print materials.
• Manage guest services inventory, packages, and inter-office deliveries within budgets.
• Follow health and safety protocols and assist with emergency drills.
• Lead projects to improve workforce processes and concierge services.
• Build relationships with local partners to enhance Destination Marvin programs.
• Provide admin support for Learning Experience and Marvin events.
