Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to identify learning needs, design and deliver training, and help build a strong learning culture across our Minnesota facility. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to support onboarding, safety, quality, and technical skill development while maintaining training records and reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Operations, HR, EHS, Quality, and other partners to drive employee development and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, business, organizational development, or related field or equivalent combo.
• Experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, facilitation or ops support.
• Ability to build partnerships, influence others, and work across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs with site leaders and align learning priorities to business needs.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding, compliance, safety, quality and technical training.
• Partner with trainers and SMEs to develop materials and ensure training consistency.
• Maintain training records and LMS administration and required reporting.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
