Marvin seeks a Learning Experience Workspace Specialist to serve as a concierge and workspace coordinator in Warroad, MN. You will manage spaces, supplies, meals, and guest services while collaborating with colleagues, vendors, and community partners to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related experience, including project management and delivering objectives on time.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet; strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming first impressions by coordinating guest requests and conference room calendars.
• Coordinate food and beverage services and maintain HQ kitchen and dining areas.
• Prepare meeting and learning spaces and support participant needs with Learning Experience team partners.
• Lead projects to improve workforce management and concierge services through human-centered design.
