Hasbro, Inc. seeks a Director of Learning & Career Development to shape onboarding, leadership development, and workforce capability across a global staff. You will design and deliver scalable programs, mentor a small team, and partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.

This role emphasizes using technology and AI to accelerate capability building, elevate learning experiences, and align with business priorities while driving measurable outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development coupled with Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or related HR disciplines.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling learning programs and capabilities in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports with coaching, mentoring, and career development.
• Experience balancing strategic leadership with hands-on program design, content creation, facilitation, implementation, and execution.
• Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders across functions, geographies, and cultures.
• Experience maximizing impact through lean teams, technology, innovative delivery models, and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies, evolving learning mediums, and innovative ways of building capability at scale.
• Strong data fluency to define success measures, evaluate outcomes, and continuously improve programs.
• Experience engaging executives and senior leaders as sponsors, teachers, coaches, and champions of development.
• Bonus: coaching certification; experience in manager excellence, workforce capability building, talent acceleration, or early career programs.

Responsibilities

• Design & Execute Learning Strategy: Develop and evolve Hasbro's learning and career development roadmap, applying sound judgment to prioritize where we invest so learning supports business priorities, workforce needs, and employee growth.
• Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with leaders, HR partners, and employees globally to assess capability needs, identify development opportunities, and create solutions that help teams and individuals perform at their best.
• Build & Deliver Learning Programs: Lead the design, development, facilitation, and delivery of high-impact learning experiences including onboarding, early career programs, manager excellence, leadership development, mentorship, coaching, and differentiated talent initiatives.
• Create Signature Hasbro Learning Experiences: Build distinctive, Hasbro-curated development experiences that strengthen culture and attract top talent.
• Build Critical Workforce Capabilities: Identify emerging skill needs and design scalable solutions (AI, digital fluency, leadership, etc.).
• Leverage Technology & AI to Scale Impact: Champion innovative learning technologies and AI-enabled tools to scale impact across a global workforce.
• Activate Leaders as Teachers: Partner with executives and leaders to serve as teachers, mentors, coaches, and champions of development.
• Integrate Learning with Talent, Culture & Inclusion: Collaborate to embed learning into talent management, leadership, engagement, and belonging initiatives.
• Measure & Communicate Impact: Use data, learner feedback, and outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Build a High-Impact Learning Function: Lead a small, agile team and create scalable operating models and partnerships to maximize global impact.
