Job summary

TAIT, located in Lititz, PA, is seeking a Learning eXperience Designer to craft engaging, learner-centered experiences across digital, instructor-led, and blended formats. This role partners with SMEs and stakeholders to translate performance needs into scalable learning solutions.

Using learning science and instructional design principles, you will develop content, define objectives, and evaluate outcomes across diverse delivery channels, leveraging TAIT's LMS and emerging technologies.
