Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training programs for RAD/Fleet Response. You will create curriculum, deliver end-user and partner training, and maintain training materials to support enterprise initiatives.

This role requires up to 25% travel, a four-year degree preferred in related fields, and strong communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills. Flexible scheduling is possible to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Four-year college degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, mentoring, organizational, project management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver end‑user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses.
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
• Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment.
