Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Learning Solutions Business Partner to design and develop engaging learning experiences that drive performance and business impact across Life Time.

This role focuses on adult learners in a corporate/service environment and collaborates with the Learning Solutions Manager to align strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will be proficient with industry-standard development tools and comfortable using AI tools to streamline development, build credibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
• 1–3 years in instructional design or related field.
• Strong consultation and communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience designing learning for adult learners in corporate or service settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess performance gaps, define business needs, and recommend learning solutions that align with priorities.
• Design instructional content aligned to adult learning principles and role-based competencies.
• Develop eLearning and blended formats using Storyline, Rise, and PowerPoint.
• Create participant and facilitator guides, knowledge checks, and assessments.
• Apply brand, formatting, and accessibility standards; perform full QA reviews.
• Use AI-supported tools to streamline development and enhance engagement.
• Research emerging instructional technologies to support continuous improvement.
