HomeServe USA is seeking a Learning Partner to serve as a strategic learning consultant, aligning learning initiatives with business goals and the L&D strategy. You will assess needs, design engaging solutions, and lead programs using AI-powered tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

The role requires partnering with leaders, managing programs end-to-end, and delivering varied learning experiences across audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, OL, or related field.
  • Experience consulting with business leaders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating programs for diverse corporate audiences.
  • Experience managing learning initiatives from needs assessment through implementation.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Description du poste

The Learning Partner serves as a learning consultant and strategic partner to business leaders and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include assessing learning needs, designing and facilitating engaging learning solutions, and leading learning initiatives that build employee capabilities and support business goals. This role leads the implementation and continuous improvement of learning programs aligned with the L&D strategy and partners with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are relevant, effective, and impactful. The Learning Partner also leverages learning technology, data, and AI-powered tools to enhance learning experiences and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs, capability gaps, and development opportunities and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs, including key initiatives such as Development for All, Aspire, and new manager learning programs.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences for individual contributors, leaders, and specialized audiences.
  • Create and maintain learning content, facilitator guides, job aids, e-learning, and other performance support resources using instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning content reflects current business practices, policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Manage learning initiatives from planning through implementation, including stakeholder alignment, communications, logistics, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through learner feedback, data, and other measures; identify trends and provide recommendations to improve learning outcomes and business impact.
  • Support the Learning Management System, including course setup, enrollments, reporting, content maintenance, and learner support.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging learning technologies to enhance content development, learning delivery, learner experience, and efficiency.
  • Stay current on learning and development trends and best practices and apply relevant approaches to improve the L&D portfolio.
  • Support broader People Team initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Experience consulting with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning programs for diverse audiences in a corporate or contact center environment.
  • Experience managing learning initiatives from needs assessment through implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Salary Range (Norwalk, CT): $68,966.38 - $91,955.17

Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
