Job summary

The Skechers Learning and Development team is seeking a proactive Specialist to shape and deliver engaging learning programs across global teams. You will design content, manage end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with HR and business partners to align initiatives with Skechers' growth goals.

You'll work with tools like Articulate Rise and Canva to create impactful materials, facilitate sessions across virtual and in-person formats, and help measure effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development or related field.
• Ability to design and deliver learning programs.
• Experience with delivering both virtual and in-person training.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end execution of learning programs from planning to evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences in virtual and in-person settings.
• Coordinate training calendars, logistics, and materials to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to align programs with organizational needs.
