Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development or related field and 3 years of experience in organizational development and training.
• One additional year of related experience may substitute for one year of education, up to four years substitution.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and training concepts.
• Ability to design, develop, and evaluate learning materials and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates department-wide HR or OD initiatives.
• Designs needs assessments to identify organizational problems and develops long-term strategies.
• Leads and coordinates training activities and assigns tasks to team members.
