Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRD or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in organizational development and training.
• Experience designing curriculum and training modules for data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates department-wide OD initiatives.
• Designs needs assessments and analyzes organizational problems.
• Delivers training modules, workshops, and facilitation to audiences.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and implements improvements.
• Facilitates groups in conflict resolution and strategic planning.
