Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking a Learning Consultant to lead and facilitate learning and development for new hires, existing staff, and stakeholders. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training across classroom and virtual settings, including coaching and mentoring, with close collaboration to identify training needs and strengthen knowledge management.

Role requires managing multiple training styles, staying current on policies, and delivering effective curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent insurance related experience preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant industry experience in disability or insurance.
• Proven ability to manage different learning styles and to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Instructor Led Training: design, develop and deliver training via traditional and virtual methods.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products, procedures, systems, and processes; improve instructional delivery.
