Job summary

Reliance Matrix seeks a Learning Consultant to lead and facilitate onboarding, ongoing development, and targeted refreshers for new hires and staff. You will design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training, coach learners, collaborate on curriculum, and continually improve knowledge management and processes.

You will work with leadership to identify training needs, create actionable plans, and maintain up-to-date content, with some travel required to deliver training across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent insurance related experience preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant industry experience based on departmental placement.
• Minimum three (3) years running trainings sessions and developing learning programs.
• Ability to manage different learning styles and interact with a diverse population.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various forms of communication.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Understands different learning styles and how to tailor information for job level and training needs.
• Proven problem solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for training needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products, procedures, systems and processes.
• Enhance instructional delivery and presentation skills.
• Collaborate with management to monitor training results and develop action plans.
• Schedule training classes in partnership with management.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to learners and mentees.
• Develop, review and deliver process documents and training content.
• Ensure quality and consistency of course content.
