Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking a Learning Consultant to lead and deliver training for new hires and existing staff across the organization. You will design, implement and measure training programs, including onboarding, job enrichment and refresher courses, in both classroom and virtual settings.

You will collaborate with leadership to identify training needs, optimize knowledge management, and develop curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance-related experience preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in training and learning programs.
• Experience running trainings and developing learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training via traditional and virtual classroom methods, including one-on-one sessions and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of product changes, procedures and processes.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to learners and mentees as needed.
• Create and assess questionnaires, surveys and assessments to gauge program effectiveness.
• Schedule and coordinate training classes with management.
• Collaborate with team to identify training needs and improve knowledge management.
• Ensure content quality and adapt to multiple learning styles.
