Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Learning Execution Manager to lead the development and delivery of learning programs across diverse audiences, building strong partnerships and guiding strategic initiatives.

You will manage programs, drive adoption, and ensure learning experiences are simple, relevant, and effective within a complex business environment. A bachelor’s degree and strong project management skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development or retail/Life at Home environment preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large training programs.

Responsibilities

• Determine learner needs by role/content area and design learning solutions.
• Build collaborative relationships with HR, business partners, and delivery teams to achieve goals.
• Monitor, measure, and report on learning program effectiveness and impact.
• Forecast training demand and manage content strategy, schedules, and budget.
