Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Leadership Training Manager to create a robust experiential learning environment for its leaders. Based in the San Fernando Valley area, this role focuses on hosting learning events, delivering instructor-led courses, and guiding leaders to apply new concepts and skills to drive results.

The person will coordinate across teams, manage training content, and lead special projects to advance leadership development and organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, leadership development, or human resources.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training design.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates instructor-led leadership and business-related training for Home Depot leaders by hosting events and delivering courses, in-person and virtual.
• Performs administrative duties including calendar planning, event prep, attendance and roster management, and partner communications to ensure smooth delivery of training.
• Partners with Learning Design & Development, Learning Strategy, and SMEs to maintain and enhance training materials and course content.
• Participates in special projects, including serving as project lead, to support evolving business and learning initiatives.
