Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Functional Training Manager to lead training for both virtual and in-person audiences, focusing on complex operations and cross-functional content development. You will partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to create, maintain, and update courses.

You must be comfortable presenting to large groups, in-person or online, and manage multi-day learning events with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for large groups.
• Collaborate with Learning Design & Development, Learning Strategy, managers, and subject matter experts on course development and updates.
• Handle administrative tasks such as calendar planning, attendance/roster management, and event coordination.
