Job summary

OpenEd is seeking an Administrative Trainer to join the Learning Division. The role trains and supports employees across all teams, mastering SOPs, processes, and systems to deliver engaging, clear training experiences.

The ideal candidate translates complex procedures into practical training, builds a robust Training Library, and helps ensure consistent execution across the division.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and process adherence.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software quickly.
• Ability to train, onboard, and coach teams across divisions.
• Self-directed and capable of juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and teach SOPs, systems, and workflows to Learning Division staff.
• Deliver and reinforce training for administrative tools and processes.
• Develop clear training protocols and practical learning experiences.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and videos.
• Identify gaps in materials or processes and communicate improvements.
• Validate SOP changes by applying them in practice and giving feedback.
• Assess training effectiveness and learner proficiency.
• Support administrative tasks during lower training demand.
