InPwr, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain engaging training content and SOPs for employee growth.

You will collaborate with Learning & Development leadership, SMEs, and cross‑functional teams to deliver instructor‑led, blended, and eLearning solutions while driving SOP adoption and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes creating effective learning experiences, maintaining documentation, and supporting organizational learning

Qualifikationen

• Designing, developing, and maintaining engaging training content and SOPs.
• Experience with instructor‑led, blended, and eLearning solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SOP creation, adoption, and process documentation.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and update instructor‑led, blended, and eLearning training materials.
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex concepts into learning experiences.
• Create and maintain SOPs, reference documents, forms, and process docs.
• Develop job aids, visuals, presentations, videos, and other resources.
• Coordinate with leaders and stakeholders to meet project timelines.
• Follow up to secure content, approvals, and drive SOP initiatives to completion.
• Schedule and facilitate SOP development meetings and reviews.
• Maintain SOP trackers, SharePoint repositories, and document control.
