Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, talent development, education, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, relevant certifications, and experience.
• Experience delivering training programs in classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training programs for team members at all levels (onboarding, sales, service, technical, professional development, on-the-job learning).
• Deliver learning experiences through classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats.
