Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Advisor to lead end-to-end engagements, partnering with senior client stakeholders to set strategy and deliver measurable outcomes. You will develop new commercial opportunities, architect scalable learning programs, and advance AI-enabled operating models in a rapidly changing workplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning strategy or talent consulting
• 3+ years in consulting or professional services
• 3+ years leading senior-level engagements
• 3+ years in the Utilities industry

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements, directing strategic direction and delivery
• Operate at senior client levels (CLO/CHRO) and build trusted relationships
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities, shaping proposals and pricing
• Design learning strategy solutions that are scalable and business-focused
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating models
• Lead capability diagnostics and transformation roadmaps with data and benchmarks
• Design AI-enabled operating models spanning governance, processes, and tools
• Define measurement frameworks and analytics for ROI
• Shape agentic learning strategies with AI-enabled performance support
• Drive thought leadership, develop IP and go-to-market capabilities
• Coach and develop managers; raise delivery quality across engagements
• Represent Accenture in industry forums and thought leadership platforms
