Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant to lead day-to-day learning engagements, working closely with client teams to deliver high-quality insights and strategic recommendations. You will apply structured problem solving, leverage AI tools, and guide the design of learning operating models that align with business outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development while staying at the frontier

Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning strategy, organizational capability, or talent consulting.
• 1+ year in a consulting or professional services environment.
• 1+ year experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving and executive storytelling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and manage workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts and act as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem solving to decompose learning challenges into actionable insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to reposition L&D as a driver of business performance.
• Develop transformations roadmaps and learning capability diagnostics to close capability gaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and technology.
• Define KPIs and analytics approaches to demonstrate L&D impact and ROI.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Track AI trends and contribute to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market in advisory space.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, and thought leadership.
