Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant to deliver exceptional client work and build a foundation for a long-term advisory career. You will lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and work with senior stakeholders, designing AI-enabled learning operating models that drive business performance.

You will connect learning investments to outcomes, develop transformation roadmaps, and produce executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in learning strategy or talent consulting.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini).
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced slide and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts.
• Apply structured problem solving to decompose challenges into insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Develop diagnostics and roadmaps for transformation.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models with governance and analytics.
• Define measurement frameworks and learning KPIs.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and frameworks.
• Stay at the forefront of AI in learning and contribute to Accenture’s IP.
