Agero seeks a Senior Manager, Learning Architecture to lead enterprise learning design and AI-driven pathways. You will partner with leaders to forecast skills needs and align development with business goals, driving analytics, adoption, and internal mobility.

You will modernize learning tech stacks, create scalable curricula, and empower managers with coaching frameworks and governance to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development or related field, master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years in corporate learning, instructional design, or talent development.
• Experience operating modern digital talent stacks and AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale enterprise digital learning infrastructure and AI-assisted pathways.
• Forecast skills and design upskilling/reskilling programs with leadership.
• Develop learning analytics dashboards to measure impact and ROI.
• Provide manager enablement tools and coaching frameworks.
• Govern learning tech stack modernization and governance.
