Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Digital Learning & Development Consultant to drive strategic digital learning initiatives across dealer and customer audiences.

The role supports adoption of digital solutions using AI-enabled tools and scalable, role-based learning solutions. The position requires 5–7 years in learning and development, strong collaboration with SMEs and product teams, and experience with Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, Workday Learning, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–7 years in learning and development.
• Ability to assess learning needs and deliver scalable, business-aligned learning solutions.
• Experience with content optimization and agile or iterative development cycles.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with SMEs, product teams, and enterprise partners.
• Skilled in learning management systems and other learning tools.
• Strong visual storytelling and layout skills for engaging training assets.
• Experience using generative AI tools and AI-enabled workflows for learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and translate findings into objectives.
• Design and develop curricula targeting specific roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate input from cross-functional stakeholders to align training with priorities.
• Engage SMEs and secure learner access for feedback to improve design.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement training programs.
• Apply adult learning theories to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Plan change management strategies for adoption of new learning initiatives.
• Measure impact of learning on performance and business outcomes.
