Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Communications, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience facilitating training or supporting learning programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with a Learning Management System preferred.
• Experience with Articulate, Rise, Storyline, or similar learning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Facilitate onboarding, role readiness, and technical training sessions.
• Conduct demonstrations, practice activities, and knowledge checks.
• Coordinate training schedules, enrollments, attendance tracking, and classroom logistics.
• Maintain accurate learning records and LMS assignments.
• Support learner communications and program coordination.
• Create and update training materials, job aids, guides, presentations, and learning resources.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Learning + Development Specialist delivers, coordinates, and supports learning experiences that prepare team members to perform confidently and consistently in their roles.
