Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs, on‑the‑job training, and workflows for staff.
• Create course content, handouts, job aids, and evaluation tools.
• Maintain alignment with adult learning principles across materials.
• Assess performance and provide coaching with managers.
• Coordinate agenda development and documentation for staff training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements in delivery.
• Design and develop courses; manage learning management systems.
• Work with HR and Training to innovate and implement changes.
• Enhance productivity through strategically designed training programs.
