Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs, on-the-job training, and workflows for administrative, systems, and product knowledge.
• Create course content, handouts, job aids, and evaluation tools in line with adult learning principles.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide follow-up coaching with managers.
• Coordinate agenda development, documentation of training, and staff training as needed.
• Maintain and administer learning management systems and improve delivery of programs.
