Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and deliver training programs for staff and management. You will lead classroom and webinar sessions, curate content, and measure ROI with the L&D team.

Responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs to tailor instructional material, ensuring alignment with organizational culture, and managing learning platforms. This is a hybrid Denver-area role with travel to headquarters as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Training and Development, Vocational Education, or related field.
• Certification in lieu of a degree will be considered; equivalent education and experience may apply.
• 3+ years of training experience, including management training, in nonprofit settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and present training programs and materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learner needs and design assessments.
• Deliver in-person and online training sessions (classroom, webinar, E-learning).
• Administer learning management systems and curate training resources.
