Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist for Evansville, IN. This full-time role manages the GW Learning LMS, assists in course design, and facilitates internal training across our 28-county region.

You will work under the Director of People Development with standard office hours. The ideal candidate has a degree in communications, education, or related field or 3+ years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in Articulate, Zoom, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, education, or related field, or 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with LMS administration and training facilitation.
• Proficiency with learning platforms and multimedia content creation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the GW Learning LMS, manage user access, upload content, generate reports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Design training with stakeholders; facilitate in-person sessions, breakout groups, and hands-on exercises across the 28-county region.
• Prepare materials, customize content for audiences, manage calendars and registrations, and provide on-site technical support.
• Model Goodwill values and ensure compliance with policies and CARF standards.
