This role serves as the internal champion for employee growth, partnering with department leaders across Operations, Sales, and Administration to build a skilled, engaged workforce aligned with KDM's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a related HR role.
• Experience designing and facilitating training for diverse employee populations.
• Experience with LMS administration or training recordkeeping systems.
