Job summary

LPA, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build and lead the firm’s L&D function, shaping programs, tools, and infrastructure that support employee growth and evolving practice needs.

The role partners with leaders and experts to translate learning needs into practical experiences across disciplines, roles, and locations, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading learning initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, including planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Experience building or establishing learning and development programs within an organization.
• Experience designing programs for diverse audiences, roles, and levels of experience.
• Experience implementing or managing learning management systems; Absorb is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish LPA’s Learning & Development function, including programs, processes, resources, and infrastructure.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of LPA’s L&D programs aligned with priorities and growth.
• Assess learning needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• Partner with leaders to define learning needs and outcomes.
• Manage multiple initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop leadership and manager development programs and tools.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to connect learning with onboarding and career development.
• Translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Stay current on trends in learning technology, AI, instructional design, and workforce development.
