Job summary

Hope Network in Mt Clemens, MI seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to coordinate and deliver training for new hires and existing employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal competencies.

The role includes coordinating orientations, delivering mandatory trainings (CPR/First Aid, CPI), partnering with internal teams on learning projects, and maintaining training records in UKG and other systems for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in training facilitation.
• 1-3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge of training and development industry and learning technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and compliance training.
• Deliver required trainings including CPR/First Aid and CPI.
• Collaborate with partners on training development and scheduling.
• Communicate training requirements and completion timelines to managers and staff.
• Maintain training documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage UKG to track training and generate reports.
• Support continuous improvement of Learning & Development processes.
