• Program development- Participates in planning, creation, design and development of programs and materials.
• Collaboration- Collaborates with others and serves as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and basic instructional design.
• Issue resolution- Troubleshoot problems as they arise. Support team members in problem identification and resolution.
• User support- Provides end-user support and meets service level agreements.
