Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist in Mount Clemens, MI. You will coordinate and deliver training for new hires and staff, ensuring compliance with organizational, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in training facilitation.
• 1–3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of training and development industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation, fast-track orientations, compliance training, and required trainings for employees.
• Deliver required trainings including CPR/First Aid and CPI, and serve as trainer and facilitator.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on training development, delivery, and scheduling; stay current on compliance requirements.
• Communicate training requirements, expectations, and timelines with hiring managers, candidates, and employees.
• Monitor and maintain training and onboarding documentation for compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Utilize and monitor UKG to enter and track training information and generate reports.
• Maintain Compass compliance tool updates and assist with compliance reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of Learning & Development processes and materials.
