Job summary

5+ years of L&D experience, strong communication, and the ability to partner with leaders at all levels are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development or related field.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with a Learning Management System preferred.
• Ability to work with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led and e-learning programs.
• Develop annual learning and development plans aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain training plans, curricula, certification requirements, training records, and competency documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate safety, quality, manufacturing training and regulatory training.
