Dover Corporation's Microwave Products Group is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver workforce training, build content, and measure effectiveness. The role partners with Operations, HR, Quality, and Engineering to advance learning initiatives across the site in Salisbury, MD.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years in L&D, and strong instructional design and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and effective training methods.
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, HR, or related field.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
• Design and develop instructor-led and e-learning programs using authoring tools.
• Develop and maintain an annual learning plan aligned with objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and process training; support cross-training initiatives.
