Dover Corporation – Microwave Products Group is seeking a Training & Development Specialist in Salisbury, MD. You will partner with Operations, HR, Quality and Engineering to create and deliver training programs, maintain records, and measure effectiveness to support continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in learning and development, with strong instructional design, communication, and facilitation skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in learning and development or related field.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain training curriculum and materials.
• Design instructor-led and e-learning programs using instructional design tools.
• Maintain annual learning and development plan aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate safety, quality, manufacturing training and regulatory requirements.
• Support Kaizen and other process-improvement initiatives.
