Job summary

MPG Dover, Salisbury, Maryland, is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to partner with Operations, HR, Quality and Engineering to build a training curriculum and materials.

You will design and deliver instructor-led and e-learning programs, manage the annual learning plan, track certifications, and measure training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Onsite role with a focus on safety and process training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development or HR related field.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methods.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Design instructor-led and e-learning programs using Articulate or Captivate.
• Develop and maintain annual learning plan aligned with objectives.
• Maintain training records and competency documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and manufacturing training.
