Key responsibilities include designing training materials, monitoring learner engagement, and collaborating with subject matter experts. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in training facilitation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training facilitation or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions up to five days per week.
• Support the design of training materials and participant guides.
• Monitor learner engagement and participation during sessions.
