Social Work England is seeking a Learning and Development Officer to support the people and development function across the business. You will lead induction, organise learning programmes, design evaluations and manage data reporting to inform leadership decisions.

• Experience delivering learning and development programmes.
• Experience gathering information and providing clear learning and development advice.
• Experience collating, analysing and interpreting learning data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery and review of induction programmes and learning activities.
• Produce monthly and quarterly people data for reporting to senior leaders.
• Oversee people development systems and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
