Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Learning Specialist and Engagement Coordinator to join our Talent Development and Employee Experience team.

This role supports the development, coordination, and delivery of employee learning and engagement programs across the organization, combining learning and development responsibilities with engagement, event coordination, communications, and program administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in instructional design and engagement.
• Proficiency in Skillsoft LMS, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate 360.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the design, development, and delivery of employee training and professional development programs.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop and maintain training content, job aids, presentations, and other learning resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, participation metrics, and other measures.
• Develop and implement innovative eLearning solutions using Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate 360.
• Deliver training sessions, ensuring an effective transfer of knowledge and a high level of participant engagement.
• Administer the Rewards and Recognition platform and support initiatives and help promote company programs, resources, and accomplishments.
• Plan and execute employee events, activities, workshops, town halls, recognition programs, and other engagement opportunities.
• Develop creative ways to increase employee participation in learning and engagement programs.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
