Job summary

Medline is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and conduct interactive training courses for a broad range of employees. The role involves delivering workshops at all levels, customizing programs, and coordinating the training calendar with workbook materials.

Responsibilities include recording hours and test scores, coaching staff, evaluating program effectiveness, and updating course materials to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Instructional Design, Training and Development or related field OR a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct training workshops delivered to Medline employees at all levels.
• Provide general or specialized training, customizing programs to meet needs.
• Schedule and coordinate the training calendar; prepare participant workbook materials (handouts, case studies, role plays, videos).
• Record training hours and test scores to ensure consistency in processes.
• Ensure retention and understanding of training materials.
• Grade, give feedback, and coach employees on assignments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness; collect feedback and report findings with suggested actions.
• Update and customize course materials as needed.
