Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Minnesota is seeking a training professional to develop and deliver interactive training programs for employees at all levels.

You will design and conduct workshops, customize content to meet needs, and organize training calendars and materials. The role emphasizes measuring effectiveness, providing feedback, coaching, and maintaining up-to-date course content to improve performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, Training and Development or related field OR a combination of education and experience
• At least 1 year relevant business experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct training workshops delivered to all levels of Medline employees
• Provide General or Specialized training and customize training programs to meet needs
• Schedule and coordinate the training calendar; organize and prepare workbook materials
• Record all training hours and test scores
• Responsible for retention and understanding of training materials
• Grade, provide feedback, and coach employees on training program work assignments
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs; collect feedback and report actions
• Update and customize course materials as needed

Education
