Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Training Specialist to design, implement, and optimize comprehensive training across Quality functions. You will serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning and drive change-management training for immediate operational needs and long-term objectives.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to address complex training gaps, plan high-visibility sessions, and develop SMEs for scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Training and Development, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant business experience.
• Experience in ADDIE model phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation.
• Experience with LMS design and deployment.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Identify training gaps with cross-functional leadership and prioritize initiatives.
• Plan and execute Strategic Learning Events; coach SMEs to deliver training at scale.
• Design and implement evaluation mechanisms to measure program impact and guide improvements.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of technical training.
• Support and author training documentation using SharePoint and other platforms.
