Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of administrative or support experience in Learning & Development.
• LMS administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollments and attendance in the LMS.
• Enter and maintain course information.
• Track and maintain employee training records.
• Run regular and ad hoc LMS reports.
• Coordinate logistics for training activities and events.
• Coordinate and schedule trainers and prepare participant materials.
• Process vendor invoices and charge backs with AP.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Analyze training data and support budgeting/reporting.
