PNC is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Consultant to support multiple lines of business within Corporate & Institutional Banking. Based in one of several cities, you will deliver and enable learning programs aligned with business needs.

The role partners with HR and business leaders, driving program management, instructional design, and talent strategies while supporting employee development and career journeys.

Qualifications

• University degree required for the role.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in learning and talent development.
• Experience partnering with HR leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consults, curates, designs, develops, facilitates and advises on learning and talent development solutions.
• Partners with business and HR leaders to establish learning priorities.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver initiatives using project management and instructional design.
• Develops testing, deployment and communication plans for learning solutions.
• Facilitates conversations with senior leaders using data-driven insights.
