Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technological or education-related field with minimum 24 IT credit hours.
• 1 year of professional experience in college/university environment supporting faculty and students with educational technologies.
• Experience with LMS and with education technologies such as Zoom and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with students, faculty, and staff about distance learning availability and changes.
• Assess distance learning needs in collaboration with COL.
• Train instructors and distance learning staff in LMS and video conferencing tools.
• Provide LMS orientation support for NNMC students.
• Generate analytics reports on usage, performance, and learner data.
• Collaborate with course reviewers, instructional designers, and IT staff.
• Maintain and optimize learning platforms and manage user accounts/permissions.
• Test system features and perform routine LMS updates.
• Create video conferencing accounts (e.g., Zoom) for users as needed.
