Responsibilities

• Assist students, faculty, and staff with distance learning issues and LMS usage.
• Train instructors and staff on LMS and video conferencing tools.
• Create and maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions in learning platforms.
• Generate analytics reports on usage and compliance dashboards.
• Collaborate with course reviewers, instructional designers, and IT staff.
• Perform routine LMS maintenance and feature testing.
